do is pick up the phone and call your local Milan Express service center.
At Milan, we keep it simple.
When your shipment absolutely, positively has to
be delivered within our current published service standards, we
will guarantee our service - or the shipment is free! The charge
for our Guaranteed Service is simply 20% of the net rate after
applicable discount applied, subject to a minimum up charge of $30.00.
Just write "GUARANTEED SERVICE REQUIRED" across the
body of your bill of lading in bold print. It's that simple...we
GUARANTEE it!
This level of service is offered for those shipments
that require our current published service standards to be exceeded.
This is our premium level of service that is custom designed to
meet or even exceed air freight or hot shot services and usually
at much less the cost. We have performed many minor miracles for
our customers that have used this service.
